2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on kera4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Notify kera4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kera4d operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement showing your name and account number)

Your account may be suspended, and withdrawals delayed or refused until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We typically complete verification within 24-72 hours of receiving all required documents.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

kera4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though bank processing delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
• You must deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• kera4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or fraud investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your kera4d account, you must submit a withdrawal request through your account dashboard. Withdrawal terms include:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by kera4d support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 72 hours for security verification.
• You must complete applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing associated funds. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• kera4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (typically above Rp 50,000,000).
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we detect suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kera4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation. You agree not to use kera4d for any unlawful financial activity.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on kera4d, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by our system.
• Odds are subject to change without notice until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement govern your potential payout.
• For sports betting, results are determined based on official league or governing body rulings. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type (detailed in our sportsbook rules).
• For togel lottery games, results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). We do not influence or control draw results.
• For live casino games, outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer action. Video feeds are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other users to exploit promotions or manipulate outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between kera4d and other operators to guarantee profit.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Use of bots or automation: Employing software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or scrape odds data.
• Insider information: Betting based on non-public information that provides an unfair advantage (e.g., knowledge of player injuries, match-fixing).
• Late betting: Deliberately placing bets after an event has started or a result is known, exploiting platform delays.

4.3 Maximum Payouts

kera4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types. For example, single football match bets may have a maximum payout of Rp 500,000,000, while mix parlay accumulators may be capped at Rp 1,000,000,000. Specific limits are detailed in the rules for each betting market.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

kera4d offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Minimum deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum deposit amount to qualify (typically Rp 100,000).

kera4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other users, or placing bets that circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes).

5.3 Promotional Terms

Each promotional offer has specific terms detailed on the promotion page or in promotional emails. General promotional terms apply in addition to specific offer terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at our discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Platform Availability

While kera4d strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

kera4d endeavors to provide accurate odds, event information, and results. However, we are not liable for errors, omissions, or delays in information display. If we identify an obvious error (such as a clearly incorrect odd or payout), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.3 Third-Party Services

kera4d integrates with third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, and odds data. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

kera4d services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our platform will meet your requirements or that operation will be error-free.

6.5 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kera4d's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

kera4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward kera4d staff or other users.

• Your account remains dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months.

7.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• All active bets will be settled according to their natural outcome.
• Your remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal upon request, subject to verification.
• You forfeit all pending bonuses, promotional credits, and VIP status.
• You are prohibited from creating a new account on kera4d.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes by contacting our support team. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked, and you will not be able to deposit, play, or access promotional offers.
